This page describes what personal data APX Media LLC (“APX”, “we”) collects when you visit theapxmedia.com or otherwise interact with us, and what we do with it.
Domains we operate
APX Media LLC owns and operates the following domains:
- theapxmedia.com — this public website
- theapxmedia.net — authenticated mail domain for outbound business correspondence
- theapxmedia.org — authenticated mail domain for outbound business correspondence
The .net and .org variants are not used for public web content. They exist only to send and authenticate email on our behalf. If you receive an email from any of these domains, this policy describes how we handle your data and how you can ask us to stop.
What we collect on this site
The website itself does not run analytics, advertising tags, or tracking pixels. We do not set cookies. We do not record IP addresses, browser fingerprints, or session data.
When you click the booking button you are redirected to Calendly. If you schedule a call, Calendly collects your name, email address, and any answers you provide on its booking form. Their handling of that data is governed by Calendly’s own privacy policy.
When you email giorgi@theapxmedia.com you provide us with your email address and the contents of your message. We use Google Workspace as our email provider, so your message is also processed by Google in line with their data processing terms.
When you click the LinkedIn link in our footer you are taken to LinkedIn, which sets its own cookies and may track you under its own policy.
Hosting and infrastructure
The site is served by Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare logs basic request data — IP address, timestamp, request URL — for security and performance purposes. We do not access these logs and do not combine them with any other data.
Why we process this data
We process the data you submit through Calendly or email for one purpose: to arrange and conduct a fifteen-minute discovery call, and to follow up on the conversation that begins there. The legal basis under the GDPR is your consent when you submit the form, and our legitimate interest in responding to your enquiry.
We do not share your data with third parties for marketing. We do not sell data. We do not use your data to train any model.
Retention
Calendly bookings and the related email correspondence are retained for as long as needed to manage the relationship, plus any period required by law — typically up to seven years for tax and accounting records. You may ask us to delete your data at any time, subject to those legal obligations.
Your rights
If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or another jurisdiction with comparable data protection law, you have the right to:
- access the personal data we hold about you
- ask us to correct or delete it
- withdraw consent for future processing
- object to processing
- request a copy of your data in a portable format
- lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority
To exercise any of these rights, email giorgi@theapxmedia.com. We will respond within thirty days.
Changes to this policy
We will update this page if our practices change. The date at the top reflects the last revision.
